This policy explains what personal information Pizza Hub collects through this website and our ordering/course-registration system, and how we use it.

1. Information We Collect

When you place an order: your name, phone number, delivery address, and — if you choose to share it — your live location, used only to help our delivery rider find you. When you register for our pizza-making course: your name, phone number, email, and the Passport/NID number and photo required for identity verification and certificate issuance. When you use our order-tracking or certificate-verification tools: the order ID/phone number or Passport/NID number you enter to look up your own record.

2. How We Use Your Information

To prepare, deliver, and let you track your order; to process your course registration and issue your certificate; to respond when you contact us; and to improve our menu, service, and website. We do not sell your personal information to anyone.

3. Payment Information

We do not collect or store card numbers, bank account details, or bKash/Nagad PINs anywhere on this website. Cash on Delivery is collected in person by our rider. For bKash/Nagad, you send payment yourself through your own bKash/Nagad app and simply enter the resulting Transaction ID at checkout so we can verify it — that Transaction ID is the only payment-related detail we store.

4. Sharing Your Information

We share delivery details with our own delivery riders only as needed to complete your delivery. If you use our location-sharing feature or view our Google Maps location, that interaction is subject to Google's own privacy policy. We may also disclose information if required to do so by law. We do not otherwise share your personal information with third parties.

5. Cookies & Analytics

This website does not currently use any third-party analytics or advertising trackers.

6. Data Retention

We keep order and course-registration records for as long as reasonably necessary for business, accounting, and legal purposes.

7. Your Rights

You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time by contacting us using the details below.

8. Children's Privacy

Our course registration is intended for adults and older students; we do not knowingly collect personal information from young children.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes take effect as soon as they are posted on this page.
