Welcome to Pizza Hub. By visiting our website, placing an order, or registering for our pizza-making course, you agree to the terms below. Please read them carefully.

1. Orders

All orders placed through our website or WhatsApp are subject to item availability and our confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order — for example if an item has sold out, if the delivery address falls outside our service area, or if we suspect the order is fraudulent — in which case we will let you know and any payment already made will be refunded or adjusted.

2. Pricing & Payment

Prices shown at checkout are in Bangladeshi Taka and include the item price plus any applicable delivery fee. Prices may change without prior notice, but the price shown to you at the time you place an order is the price you pay for that order. We currently accept Cash on Delivery, and manual bKash/Nagad payments where you send the amount yourself through your own bKash/Nagad app and enter the Transaction ID at checkout for us to verify — we do not collect or store your bKash/Nagad PIN, card numbers, or any other financial account credentials.

3. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees — actual delivery may take longer due to weather, traffic, order volume, or other circumstances outside our control. Choosing Express delivery gives your order priority in our kitchen but does not guarantee a specific delivery time. Please make sure your delivery address and phone number are accurate and reachable; we are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete address/contact information.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

You may request a cancellation by contacting us as soon as possible after placing an order. Once preparation has started or the order has been dispatched for delivery, it can no longer be cancelled. If we make an error with your order (wrong item, missing item, or a genuine quality issue), please let us know right away so we can make it right — with a replacement, correction, or refund as appropriate.

5. Pizza-Making Course & Certificates

Course registration is confirmed once your registration fee is received. A certificate is issued only on successful completion of the course. A photo submitted at registration is used solely for identity verification and for your certificate/registration record, and is kept private unless you specifically opt to have it featured on our website (Registrations screen, admin-controlled, off by default). Course fees and schedules are as communicated to you at the time of registration.

6. Website Use

You agree to provide accurate information when placing an order or registering for the course, and not to misuse our website, ordering system, or WhatsApp channel (for example, placing fraudulent orders or attempting to interfere with the site's normal operation). All content on this website — including our name, logo, photos, and course materials — belongs to us and may not be reproduced without permission.

7. Food Allergies & Liability

If you have a food allergy or intolerance, please tell us before ordering — while we take reasonable care, our kitchen handles common allergens (including gluten, dairy, and nuts) and we cannot guarantee any item is completely free of trace allergens. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental losses arising from the use of our website, our food, or our course.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect as soon as they are posted on this page, so please check back occasionally.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
